Stayed in balcony suite. Gorgeous! Excellent staff (housekeeping could improve with replenishing basics). Pool and sauna a fabulous element of the stay. Convenient location. Lovely interiors. Breakfast good. Comfy bed and pillow choice. Only wish they offered food beyond breakfast and coffee machine throught the day in the lobby/table areas. Overall had a great stay. Highly recommend.

Modern clean studio room. Impressed with the layout and decor. Only issue for me on a personal level, there was not enough natural light. Having the curtains open, there was still not enough daylight and therefore you needed the lights on and curtains drawn. However, still a nice place and near all amenities. Worth the what you pay.

Beautiful property in a great location. Lots of history to the building, nice facilities in the underground spa and the rooms overlooking the opera house opposite are stunning

We have just returned from Budapest after a wonderful experience staying at your hotel and visiting friends. The hotel was modern and quirky with interesting art work displayed throughout. Our room was large and overlooked a beautiful leafy courtyard. We really liked the bathroom with a large walk in shower. Very nice hotel occupying one of Sisi's former palaces in Budapest. Located on the doorstep of the city's most beautiful building, the parliament, it is close to anywhere you want to be. Breakfast is served in a grand former ballroom and is quite good, if somewhat on the expensive side. We were seriously impressed by the staff, who were all super-friendly, helpful and efficient.

The hotel is very central to everything. Right next to the park where there are some nice bars and some good food trucks. Town center has lots going on. Stay away from the Irish bars. They are terrible. Beautiful city and lovely people

Beautiful apartment in a perfect position with really friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us, especially Agnes who helped us when we arrived We would definitely come back when we visit Budapest again

Excellent stay at this Hotel. Clean and fresh and in a great location, only a short journey from the airport and close by to the main station (with a Tram stop nearby). Rooms were lovely and clean and the rooftop bar is a little gem. Staff were always willing to help, with a friendly smile. Great chat with David in the rooftop bar about local area.

We were a family of 4 in one room with a bed and pull out. Room was perfect- loads of space. Location was excellent and the staff really helpful and accommodating (all communication by e mail and responses fast and helpful). Excellent location! Highly recommend.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are so pleasant and helpful. The rooms are so clean and airy. We had the 2 bedroom which actually catered for 5 of us, myself and husband had a lovely huge bedroom and our children had a bedroom with 2 single beds and in the live in lounge / kitchen there was another bed put up for our other child this did not impact on any space as the lounge / kitchen area is very big. It's located in an old refurbished royal mansion on the top floor.The room is very elegant, with beautiful views to the city. Everything in the city centre is in a walking distance a few minutes away, with very easy access to the public transportation and the receptionists were very helpful
