"Jacmel is a beautiful place. This hotel was full of very warm and helpful staff. The history was in the walls, it’s a very nice hotel. I stayed all 14 days and I enjoyed my stay. WiFi was faster during morning. "

"STAY AWAY- I plan on travel to Haiti, I booked to stay there for a whole week. I landed in port au prince-Due to political issue, I never made it to the hotel. I called customer service to get a refund . They refused to issue a refund.
