"The service at reception was great. Kindly curtesy manner and good attitude with his services. So it gave you a good impression before you walk into your room. Room is specious and with good mattress. Breakfast was great and people were very nice. On the whole they are excellent hospitality. The hotel situated in a good busy street with lots of restaurants and facilities around. Will come back again. "

"Checking in was sooo bad . I arrived at Grand Hyatt at 4pm n expected an instant check in but lo n behold , there was no room avail yet. There was no explanation either. Worse they could not even confirm when the room would be ready n also refused to upgrade me to another room .. I was told to return later n without any time frame . It took me 1/2 hour of badging them to get a room at 4.45pm. Looks like Grand Hyatt overbooked their rooms n made regular room clients suffer for it.,"
