Really good hotel with a large complex including pools, play area, running course, gym and spa area. There are a couple of shops on the ground floor for souvenirs and booking tours. Staff were very friend and helpful. There is a security check at the entrance and also scanners before entering the hotel. I was travelling for work and my hand tools were not allowed on the hotel. This was slightly unusual but understandable.

I loved my stay at Bentark. This is a safe, clean, newly furnished hotel. I was honestly so impressed with my stay and the level of service provided. I strongly recommend you book this hotel, it was the best thing about my trip. Also worth noting the hot water is extremely reliable and there is free WiFi throughout the whole hotel. 100/10

An absolute gem for a family stay! I stayed here last night with my family, and we had a fantastic and comfortable experience. The rooms are spotless, the hospitality is warm, and the entire atmosphere is wonderfully welcoming for families. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Addis Ababa.
