"Amazing place and location. "

"Amazing"

"The property was beautiful very tropical and relaxing. However, the distance from town was a bit inconvenient. The electricity was sold on making it difficult to charge phone."

"The room was great, spacious and clean , first bathroom yet that I wasn’t showering in the toilet!"

"Really beautiful location next to the Nile. Bungalow was spacious and comfortable. Food locally sourced was really tasty. Everything had been thought of for a place to recharge batteries. Great staff and opportunities for local walks with guides. Felt really safe. Picture windows look out over the falls. I’d far rather come here than any expensive Kampala hotel"

"Comfortable rooms, kind staff, beautiful gardens, good food!"

"Property was good staff helpful but for 7 nights stay we have changed 3 rooms cause showers n was basin no water pressure but we managed"

"Very nice and the staff was very kind and accommodating."

"Maintenance of property very poor, problem getting any water at night time and also no water when u get up. U have to ask the manger to switch on the tap. Very poor Also prices of tea and food very high, And not much varity of food."

"Hotel itself was clean, staff could do with some training but very friendly, music was too loud by the pool and breakfast was poor, unless your from Africa and like chicken and potatoes for breakfast but there was eggs and toast so didn’t go without, good hotels are hard to find in this area so all in all it was ok"

"Great view from the restaurant towards the New Nile Bridge"

"Clean and comfortable accommodation in Mbale with lush gardens"

"Clean rooms, good staff, but the fan did not work in my room and another room didn't even have a fan. It was also disconcerting to hear the muslim prayers over the speakers of the mosque behind us."
