"Hotel itself was clean, staff could do with some training but very friendly, music was too loud by the pool and breakfast was poor, unless your from Africa and like chicken and potatoes for breakfast but there was eggs and toast so didn’t go without, good hotels are hard to find in this area so all in all it was ok"

"The stay was great. The only issue was that Hotels.com hadn’t passed our booking through to the hotel in spite of confirming our booking. Fortunately the hotel was not full and they were able to accommodate our party of eight. Had the booking not been lost the hotel would have got five stars. The staff were truly excellent. It’s a shame the same cannot be said of hotels.com communications with the hotel."

"The food was horrible if you are not a fish eater you could go with out food. Warning the chicken curry is full of bones broken and sharp. Our complementary breakfast never came. they have 3 items on there dinner menu and you still have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours for it to arrive. When you go to check out they had no credit card machine so that added a layer of difficulty to the stay. "

"The staff were charming and helpful. What was unsettling is that they did not know we were coming, in spite of our Expedia booking, nor knew that we had paid. Nor did they have internet access 'we are working on it' which made checking the evidence of our payment challenging."

"This was a complete scam. Although we booked and paid via Hotels.com, when we arrived, they said they had no record of pur booking and insisted that we pay (again) at the desk. DO NOT BOOK!"
