"The Staff made this two-week stay exceptional. My wife and I tend to be "relational" toward other people we encounter, and encounters with the staff were satisfying in this regard. "They are still doing some remodeling at the hotel. Wi-Fi was good and I had hot water, A/C, and clean room. No elevator so you need to be able to climb stairs (not all steps are same height). Staff got up at 5am to help us get our rooms after very long travel from the USA. Right across from the police station so it’s safe. "

"I had the Rhino Lodge room which was very clean and comfortable with a lot of space. The shower functioned well (good pressure and hot water). the staff are firendly and the food in the restaurant is good, which is just as well, as there isn't much walkable alternatives. There is also a fantastic view ober the Sipi valley and the 3rd Sipi waterfall just 50m walk away."
