Labuan Bajo town is just a 10 minute taxi ride away so don’t hesitate to go in for dinner. Don’t fall into the trap of booking tours through the hotel - the price they charge is exorbitant, we booked a private 12 hour boat tour for 2 people for the same price it would have cost for us to join their group tour for 4 less hours. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, and the restaurant serves alcohol in the afternoon and evening. We liked the Jayakarta so much that we stayed there twice. We will happily stay there again on our next visit."
