Mi reserva era de media pensión y al día siguiente de llegar ( llegamos sobre las 21:00h) me dicen que no me corresponde ni el desayuno ni la cena pq segun ellos solo tengo reservado alojamiento. Tras mostrarles la reserva que yo tenia de alojamiento con media pension para 2 adultos y 2 niños, finalmente nos dejaron lo q yo tenia contratado, pero no conformes me dicen que ellos no trabajan con hoteles.com, y q solo estan en booking. "It was alright. I was really looking forward to this hotel in our 7 day trip around northern Spain and basque but unfortunately it didn’t deliver. It was alright but I specifically booked it as it was a hotel and spa. What I didn’t understand when booking was that you had to pay additional to use the spa. And it was per person.
