"Room was clean, spacious and modern, coffee machine and city view. Excellent breakfast buffet and sensational gym: a lage, well equipped modern training facility. Public transport directly in front of the hotel. Large car parking, although network connection (needed for EV charging) is poor on parking level -4 and definitely needs improvement. Otherwise, the many EV charging spaces are worthless…"

"Check in was easy & very friendly staff, Bar staff we very friendly, rooms were clean but a little small & not enough hangers & no cupboard / draw space. Reception lounge area was fabulous & great 2 sit & relax & have a drink. Bit out of it but Metro just around the corner & only 1 stop to old town, get a metro card as it is so cheap & easy to use. "

"Unfortunately room 618 is quite small. The refrigerator did not work. No air conditioner was available even though the temperature was warm. Hotel staff informed that winter rules applied for April. We had to open the windows and the street noise, including the train noise could be heard. We are regular customers of NH Hotels and this experience was extremely dissapointing. "

"Room is clean and comfortable. There us no front desk and we got access code via WhatsApp There is a mini mart next to it where we can buy water and fruits. Lots of tapas bars, bakery, shops around this area. 23 minutes walk to Guggenheim museum. It is a fun walk along the river. We got up as early as 7:00am so that we can arrive at Gatztelugatxe without reservation before the staff starts work. It worked well."

"Muy buena experiencia! Excelente ubicación … súper cerca de casco viejo. Solo tengan en cuenta que hay yea la comunicación con el lobby is mínima. Nos ofrecieron mantener las maletas en el check out pero al final no hubo nadie en el front desk. Después de esto, súper recomendado "
