We stayed for a weekend with our family (children aged 10 and 16), and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire hotel was immaculate, from the public areas to the bedrooms. Very nice , very clean hotel with beautiful view. Kosher food Not for those using public transport. You will need taxi to come down the hill. But hotel provides free transportation once a day.

A really enjoyable stay. Everything was made simple at check in. Check out. All the staff had a really positive attitude. Cleaning standards excellent. Apartment had plentiful space. It is modern and benefits from large TV and comfortable bed. One critique. Lack of English Channel on TV. Good large balcony and close to centre.

Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is in a lovely quiet position and easy walking distance to main resort of Protaras. Nice long walks along the coast both ways but take trainers for rough ground. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Took half board option and staff in dining room very helpful in identifying gluten free options, including providing gluten free bread. Good range of food but would have liked to see more Greek pastries on offer at night. Easy to switch...

On the plus side this is an excellent hotel, superb spa facility and pool, serves good food and staff deliver great service. The only negative is that for teenagers there really is nothing to do.

Fantastic hotel in a great location in protaras. Staff are amazing and very friendly. Huge breakfast selection available . Hotel really clean .the only downside is the rooms are not soundproofed as stated you can fully hear your neighbours next door.

excellent location and gorgeous room!

The stay at the hotel was simply perfect. From the very first moment, everything felt high quality – a warm welcome, attentive and friendly staff who didn’t miss a single detail. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully designed, with excellent maintenance evident throughout. In addition, the location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient, which made the whole experience even better.

Lovely little hotel in the mountains! Super friendly receptionists (all 3 I encountered) as well as all the other staff. There was a wide selection for breakfast including eggs benedict on request. The sauna (pre-booking required) was a bonus and the evening little slice of cake and weather forecast was a really nice addition. The room was compact...but I had booked 'small budget'...so was in line with expectations. Although no parking, there is plenty of free spaces nearby.

Great from start to finish. Helpfully emailed to arrange a taxi for us from the airport before arrival, staff were friendly throughout and location was great. Bar cocktails were also very good. Highly recommend.

Wow, this hotel was an absolute 11/10! Not only was it exceptionally clean but it was beautifully decorated throughout and the bed was so comfortable! The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind, which made our stay even more special. The pool area was lovely, with the biggest, fluffiest towels and the food was absolutely delicious! 2nd stay and will stay again. Very central and fairly quiet as long as you don't face the nearby Metropole. Excellent breakfast and large, comfortable rooms. Parking a bit limited and was told later that, when full, you leave the keys at reception. Pity I wasn't told that sooner!
