This is a very special place with an incredibly beautiful natural setting, remarkable history, magnificent historical architecture, comfortable rooms, and gracious hospitality. A stay at the Casa del Gavilan is good for the soul! My wife and I are already thinking about a return trip, maybe in the spring?"
