The first time I assumed it may not have been filled by the cleaning staff, but the second time we stayed we went down to the front desk and we were told that they were out of conditioner. Why do you have pump bottles on the wall of the shower to hold conditioner if you’re not gonna carry the product? Super frustrating. "
