"Really great hotel. Breakfast is awesome. Best I’ve seen anywhere in the world. Very central. Close to the Bund , around 20 min walk, and across the road from Metro station. The swimming pool needs to be deeper but clean and well staffed. Would love to stay here again. "

"Property and rooms were very dated and in urgent need of refurbishment. However the location is excellent, food and bfast buffet is very good and the staff are above and beyond. Extremely helpful and always ready to help. I lost my earpods in the hotel and they were able to get it delivered to my local contact in Beijing on the same day that I contacted them. The staff at the shop too is very good - my children enjoyed many hours of bottle painting there. "

"Quiet but close to attractions. The free shuttle within 2 km was extremely helpful. All the staffs were extremely eager to help in anyway. The pool, workout room spa are all excellent. Room was well appointed and the views are amazing. Mr. Chen at the front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly during the check-in process in addition to every time seeing him.
