"Stay was relaxing and quiet . Check in was not very welcoming, no cool drink was offered and we weren’t told were anything was. Can’t order drinks or food by the pool. So we had to go out for a couple of hours until our room was ready. Breakfast was average. The hotel restaurant Kebaya was very good. "

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, not only with a welcome drink, but an invitation to afternoon tea each afternoon of our stay. "Muntri Mews exceed my expectations. I loved this heritage style hotel with the original architecture. I love the size of the rooms and the charm and character of staying in an older building. The hotel was centrally located. There is even a cafe right now door. Walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and eating. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Penang."

Either they don't understand or just don't care. Eg. I wanted to order room service and I was told the last order was 5pm. That's fine but don't aggregate a hungry guest with 'so you need more towels'! . . . "
