"The hotel is big and clean. It has 3 pools. What we loved most is the huge bedroom. We had a separate living room which was also big. The bathroom was good size. The water pressure was strong. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a separate control from the living room. Staff was friendly. There is a casino and a restaurant. Free shuttle service to and from the SJO airport. Free breakfast available too. We had to leave before they started serving so they packed us a sandwich, juice, water, apple and cupcake which was nice. "

"I really liked my room, very comfy bed, had AC and a fan. The shower was very nice and it was a perfect place to stay at for the night and the shuttle worked perfectly for me. The noise wasn't too bad, yes you do hear the planes but there aren't a ton and after a long day of travel, I slept through it easily. I didn't have a chance to eat the breakfast since I had to leave when it began but they have many options for it. Staff were friendly as well! I will say it's helpful to go to dinner at the restaurant when it opens because a lot of people go from the restaurant and it can be a very long wait for your food."

"The hotel is conveniently located to the city mall, which provides so many options for walking, shopping, eating and drinking. Also convenient is the fact that the free shuttle offered to the airport is only a 5 minute ride. The hotel has a lobby bar, that offers food until 10 pm and there is a poolside bar on the 4th floor which is nice. Definitely recommend staying if you have an early flight out."

"Very well equiped room. Excellent housemaid service. Friendly Reception and Restaurant staff.Great hot breakfast. Safe and secure underground free car parking. Quiet room, free laundry room with washers and dryers. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hotplates, plates, cutlery etc. Highly recommended."
