"I was SO impressed with this place. Clean, English speaking and very nice people. What impressed me the most was that they provide a taxi to the airport and will send a taxi to pick you up upon arrival of same. A first for me here. Breakfast was adequate, just a bit confusing for me. This is my go to from now on. Kudos Jose!!!"

"I booked this room for my husband and our 3 kids for the night so we would be closer to the airport for our flight the next morning. Super close to airport and has free shuttle to and from. Staff was nice, the mall next door entertaining for the family and dinner. "

Felt like a real San Jose neighborhood, not a chain hotel. Service was attentive and checked in regularly to make sure all was good. Highly recommended."
