Good location near airport. Clean property and staff was friendly. I was given an upgrade for free.

Was a good hotel for the money. Not too far from the city of by car. You do have to check out by for because they will start banging on your door.

Beautiful new hotel in a great location. Breakfast and bar dining were exceptional.

We booked 2 days at Tropical Island at the start of our holiday to Berlin. The place was really unique, being built on a former air base. The main part of Tropical Island was housed in a former airship hangar. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Nature Houses, which was lovely and modern, ...

Delightfully clean, good service and near transportation and nice neighborhood.

Loved the spa facilities. Resented paying for parking.

The people were great the resort was wonderful and the breakfast which was part of the room rate was fabulous

Stayed 5 nights. Staff members are very attentive and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delightful, with a wide choice of options. The building towers above the rest of the surrounding area, so the view is very nice. Conveniently close to the train station and public transport.

Good service of mini bus to and from the station. Staff in the Hanger 24 restaurant were first class. Outside area was a building site, but that is progress.

great resort. paradise location. freindly and willing to help staff.ood WIFI throughout the resort. A bit old in room furnitures , yet extremely well maintained. Air condition is not that efficient and it could be of a problem in extremely hot days especially in the upper floor of the buildings.

Good value, right next to tram stop, about 15 mins from Potsdam station.

the location is excellent as it is just next to the train station. also just opposite there is a shopping mall and restaurant. (of course most of them close on Sunday)
