"The overall experience was pleasant. I was just a little disappointed that the rooms are not modern enough and had no usb charging ports. The electricity sockets are square instead of using the universal round. Also has to choose between having the fridge on or using the electric kettle."

"Comfortable one-night stay. The room was well furnished and in decent condition, though the AC was a bit tricky. Bathroom was very modern. The hotel has a nice decor,but some areas are showing signs of age. The pool area is nice and large, but could have been a but cleaner and needs new or more modern loungers and seating options. "The place is cool. The guys were informative on tourist destination as well as round fire jokes. Erick is a good guy. he kept us laughing and feel welcome at all times. Will be back soon."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE. Showed up with a pre-paid reservation and were told we had no reservation and they were fully booked. Showed them all the documentation, both in hard copy and on our phone and were told, "No, they made a mistake. We are fully booked and you have no reservation." Further would not help us find an alternative. Wouldn't even call someplace else for us. Our taxi had departed so we were left to wander down the road hauling our luggage and fortunately found a room at the Old House...

"Amazing 3 nights at this hotel. Firstly greeted by Shingi at reception who told us everything we needed to know, and also pre-booked transfers for us by e mail in advance. Rooms are really nice, comfortable & clean. Showers are great considering the location. Communal dining in the evening is a great way to meet new friends and share experiences. Breakfast was included after the game drive , dinner was extra but very good value. Both the Game Drive & Boat Cruise are amazing and a great opportunity to see Lions, Elephants, Hippo, Buffalo , Crocs & Giraffe. You will not believe how close the guide (thank you Mathew) will get you. In summary, this was an excellent lodge and exceptionally pleased we chose this place. "
