"Excellent location in a great setting. Comfortable rooms and helpful staff."

"We enjoyed silence, nature and kindness of everybody. Hearing the hippos was spectacular. Unluckily, we did not see them on our boattrip but this was not a fault of anybody."

"Maun lodge accepted a last minute reservation after another hotel was overbooked and picked me up at the airport 90 minutes later. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is a little older but still nicely maintained and the evening dinner specials are a pretty good deal. Glad my first hotel was oversold and I was able to stay here."

"Very helpful staff, clean and quiet room. Great value!"

"Mr. Kabo was very helpful and attentive and we are grateful for his hospitality. We are allowed to late checkout and free airport transfer as our flight was scheduled in the late afternoon."

"Alt supert! Kjempeplass!"

"They canceled our reservation literally at the last minute without any notification whatsoever; leaving us stranded at the Maun Airport. Then the manager refused to give us a refund. Both Expedia and I tried to rectify the situation for over an hour while still at the airport all to no avail. This feels like quite a scam! They took a reservation and almost $300 USD. "This was an unplanned stop due to illness that sent into Maun from Moremi earlier than expected. It was a clean and pleasant surprise...and one the few places in the area with working wifi."

"Simple campsite with all necessary amenities you need. Excellent location, very close to North Gate. Breakfast is yummy and substantial. Fantastic staff, Salomon was friendly and helpful, and proved to be an excellent guide in the field. Bonus point for the wild dogs behind the campsite! "

"Booked Rooms was not available and got Rooms in other Guest House with poor Standard. "

"Had no idea I was coming despite having already paid and a confirmation number. Staff were quick to get us rooms but could have been a real problem with 7 travelers."

"I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were all very friendly, the rooms were perfect and the bar/restaurant has all you need. I also liked that there were walks you could do around the property, and the Kudu residents are very cute (still wild, they visit at night). Would definitely stay again."

"Wonderful stay. I recommend each guest must be provided with the gate remote as there is a delay in opening the gate or there should be a gateman stationed at the gate"

"Bad condition, a lot of stuff was broken."

"Location close to airport , pick up and drop off shuttle available. Older property"

"Everything was dirty, the bedding was not washed and changed, the curtains were filthy, the rooms were not swept, the counter tops and tables were not wiped. It just didn't seem like any effort was put in welcoming us. The building structure itself is inadequate, insects are able to come in even if windows and doors are closed. There were no amenities avaiable "

" Our stay here has been great, wintess, the Manager has made sure that we lack nothing. Neither activities nor food, we could not have come to a better place"
