The resort is more on the quaint side, but my wife and I prefer that to behemoth, Atlantis across the street. The two is getting a bit long in the tooth and certainly the rooms could use a refresh. On the flip side, the location, staff, and food overcomes the aged bedding, etc. "

"Able to eat outside, I felt at home with the ‘60-70 decor. Felt very safe in the area. Wonderful sand with a Safe beach and able to swim safely in the ocean. Really enjoyed FunkyD singing in the evening.close walk to a bus to go downtown $1:50! Or catch a taxi at front of resort. Although, every driver charges their own rate??offer a price that you are willing to pay before getting in cab? Older crowd at this resort while we were there which was nice as I am a senior . Beach music a bit too loud...
