"The place is relatively clean and staff were sk.ewhat helpful. First you are not close to a beach needing a shuttle ride back and forth. Food is OK .. often find of you come I the later stages of time meat fish etc are hard to find At breakfast the Pans for Omelettes or eggs are black .. they don't look cleaned for a long time. You need a shuttle to go anywhere ... on our floor they were doing construction next door ... all we heard during the day when in room were drilling and construction. For my troubles they let me stay in our room 1 hour longer kn checkout day and charged me extra for it. Overall I will never come back here ..."

"We recently stayed at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday and my mother-in-law’s 70th birthday. This was our fourth stay since 2019, and we have always loved the resort, which is why this visit was particularly disappointing. The positives first: the restaurant staff, especially at Marcus and the Steakhouse, were exceptional and went out of their way to make our dining experiences memorable. Jonathan and Shekera at the front desk were also kind and professional when addressing our concerns. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not feel consistent with the luxury pricing or the service we remembered from previous visits. Prior to arrival, I shared that we were celebrating milestone birthdays and traveling with seniors, but the thoughtful touches we experienced in past stays seemed to have been replaced with additional fees. The biggest issue was the room setup. The tub in the two-queen bathroom was extremely high and difficult for my 80-year-old mother and 70-year-old mother-in-law to safely use. Even I found it challenging. When I raised concerns, the only alternative offered was a downgraded room. Given the size of the resort, I was disappointed that no comparable option could be found. We also experienced multiple maintenance issues, including leaking fixtures and plumbing problems, which disrupted our stay. Baha Mar is still a beautiful property with many wonderful employees, but this visit lacked the personalized service, attention to det"

"Sandyport beach resort is located next to a fantastic clean beach and reef. The staff are very welcoming. The roomsnfor people who come only for a night or two are very basic and even don't have a balcony. The resort has a nice set of pools with a slide and a private artificial becach on the marina side too. However, beyond thus, there is not much in the hotel. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast but this is not included in your noght's stay. It is close to airport but further away from Nassau and Bahamar. all in all I would give it 9 out of 10 mainly thannks to the beach."

"Pros: affordability, easy to secure transportation, amazing staff, open air common spaces & dining, & plenty of shaded areas Cons: unsafe & unhealthy conditions, room had live insects, holes & cracks in the walls, ceiling & tiles, bathroom tiles were moldy, lots of broken glass & trash on the beach, trash behind our room, most guests smoked/vaped in common areas making it hard to breath & they left their cigarettes butts everywhere, & in the main dining hall, birds would land on muffins briefly to feed"
