"Clean and comfortable room pleasant staff very helpful ."

"Let me start by saying the room was clean and the people working there were all very pleasant and helpful. However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed. The walls were very thin, that if you room next door made a sound you would here it, and when taking a shower the sound of the water reverberate on that section of the floor. The room was plenty big. Breakfast was good! It's well located...

"It’s a nice location and staff were super helpful but rooms need to be upgraded. Hard to see a view from any of the rooms but the breakfast room is newly renovated and has a nice view. I hope they invest in upgrading the rooms including the furniture."

"Outdoor seating areas, private and communal. Beautiful view of Mt Ararat is, alone, worth staying here. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is lovely. Rooms are on the 14th and 15th floors of the 15 story building, with elevator and exterior, (nice, cute) winding iron stair between floors from the breakfast room extensive outdoor patio, to the 14th floor outdoor area. Rooms also on the 2nd floor. Three stairs to get to the lobby with a makeshift steep ramp, too steep to wheel luggage."
