"Couple for 1 week and see around Pucon & Villarica! The Hotel was fine in the center of town! I was here 20 years ago when is was the Gran Hotel Pucon. Enjoy is making the hotel grand again, slowly but steady my Room 422 was spectacular with lake view! Yes definitely would come back!! Ahh break fast was adequate and need improvement "

"The hotel was nice and conveniently located. We were pretty disappointed because the hotel advertises a nice pool and jacuzzis, however, it turns out that the “pool” pictured all over their advertisements is actually a hot spring 20 kind away that you have to pay to go to. There is no transportation arrangement. Also the jacuzzi was not included and costs $40 per hour to “rent.” Very misleading photos."

O quarto é extremamente pequeno, mal dá para caminhar em volta da cama, cuidando para não se machucar. Não tem onde colocar as malas, não tem TV, não tem nem uma cadeira para sentar, muito menos aquela mesinha com duas cadeiras que mostra na foto do quarto standar, não têm sequer um copo para tomar água. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com. The next day when I visited the reception to make sure the reservation was extended, the lady mentioned I needed to do the check out...
