"This was my 5th time staying at Enjoy Pucón, and overall I still had a great experience. Not everything was perfect this time around. I was given a rear-facing room instead of a lake-view room, which was a bit disappointing. Also, when I asked for ice, I was surprised that they charged to bring it up to the room. Small things like that can hurt the hotel’s reputation. The spa facilities are okay. I spent two days there and paid over $150 for additional massages. Unfortunately, both sessions were with the same therapist and the quality wasn’t great. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t match the level I expected for the price. But what really made the difference during this stay was **Soledad Carvajal at reception**. I was in a tough situation and needed a place to work remotely on short notice. Soledad completely saved me. She took the time to understand my problem and found a solution, helping me get set up with a spot where I could work. Honestly, she saved my day. Moments like that are what hospitality is really about. While small inconveniences can happen anywhere, people like Soledad are the reason I keep coming back. She turned a stressful situation into a great experience and reminded me why I’ve stayed here five times. Employees like Soledad Carvajal make the stay worth every penny."

"El administrador es muy incisivo en sus intrucciones, prácticamente te trata como un. Niño y es muy muy insistente, super desagradables, el desayuno siguen siendo el mismo desde hace más de 10 años… Lamentablente dejé mi kayak afuera del domo, y me robaron un par de remos… la administración ni se hizo responsable y prácticamente culpándome a mí por no dejar los remos adentro del domo, que por los demás es súper acotado en espaci… Creo que los domos que dicen ser para 6, no cumple con la dimensiones para estar cómodo 6 personas, más bien máximo 4 personas cómodas en un espacio reducido."

"Great large and clean room. Friendly and very accommodating staff. We had very nice and quiet 3nights and breakfasts. The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town. Except that, everything was great"

"The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area to sit and picnic (or drink) on the hill of the property overlooking the lake. This hotel is listed as "pet friendly" and it is, but we were pleasantly surprised that there were no animal odors or fur in our room. Again, it was spotless. I can't say enough for the yellow cat (one of the owner's themes) Los Gualles (etc.) Hotel in Pucón. "
