"Family get together for Easter. This hotel was great. The female staff was amazing - so personable and kind. The only issue we had was at check in. There was no one else in the lobby at all when we walked in and went to the desk where a youngish black man was working. He was typing, working on the computer so we just stood and waited. After SIX minutes, I said “ should we go somewhere else?” because he never looked up, never acknowledged us standing there waiting. He motioned us over and still...
