Very clean….lovely staff…wanted for nothing…breakfast a great bonus..shuttle to airport so convenient…

Clean room, very spacious. Easy to walk to CTA to get to downtown. The free shuttle from airport was great. If need accessible transfer make sure you book this in advance as only send this if it has been requested.

Perfect location for access to Chicago. Great food and lovely rooms.

Great property, when i come back to chicago this is what i will be booking.

Nice hotel - water bottles are not replenished daily. When asked for more water, I was told you have to buy them at $6 a bottle.

Great place near airport and lots of local things to do in the evening

Fantastic location. Excellent staff and service was sent

One of the best, if not the best we have ever stayed at. Staff were exceptional including Osama who made us welcome from the moment we arrived. Outstanding!!

Was perfect

Fantastic hotel in great location, excellent facilities, good choice at breakfast and accommodating, friendly staff makes it a wonderful overall experience.

I stayed here for a week during a tourist trip to Chicago. The hotel was clean and tidy with an immaculate lobby and bar. The staff at reception were attentive and very helpful whatever the query. The room itself was clean and tidy and importantly nice and quiet despite its downtown location. The bathroom was a little worn in relation to the shower but it did the job fine. The cafe on site is useful if you want a quick snack. I didn’t manage to eat at the restaurant as it is not open all...

Suite was nicely laid out with lots of kitchen essentials, beds were very comfortable with good quality bed linens
