The BnB is a man's house, with three miniature poodles who were very nice, but barked way too much with any movement sounds that I made, the owner also has unhelpful conditions on the guests that felt imposing and unnatural. No wifi that worked. No top sheet, just a quilt. ugh!

For the price, this was great value. Cheerful house with cute dogs and a chill atmosphere. Bed was extremely comfortable. I stayed 3 nights. Ric does walk around shirtless sometimes but he didn't give any creepy vibes and as a young woman I felt safe despite that because of the rainbow flag outside the door. His dogs were very cute. There were other people staying but although I heard them, I didn't actually end up seeing any of them. There was a pool and hot tub but I didn't get to use it although it was offered. Bathroom was shared but had spare amenities. House felt honestly like a share home but a well maintained and comfortable one. Definitely would come back next time I'm in Denver. 😊 Thanks Ric!
