Check in and a call ahead of time was thorough and clear information. The room was small, but very clean and just what was needed for a short stay. The restrooms and showers were so clean and well maintained. Such a great option to have the coffee shop in the lobby!

Holiday Inn Express Denver Downtown by IHG
The TV didn't work. They brought another remote, but it didn't work. Room had no fridge for $150 a night. I could have stayed at a Motel 6.
