"breakfast at 16 commons was great, for our business breakfasts-barely any choices for non-dairy eater. Lunch was better for my diet restrictions. drinks in coolers were never cold. Towels are terrible, they are like sandpaper and don't absorb well. I did not need service daily and thought it said every other day, hung towels up and were replaced daily. meetings spaces were actually comfortable, usually they are freezing but no issues. "
