"Very nice tidy cabin. Comfortable bed. The cabin had several games to play which was nice because we had a lot of rain. The outdoor grilling area looked great but we didnt use it. It's a great location close to town but quiet. Check in was great, just pull up, call the number and meet at the cabin. Bathroom in the Munchin Moose is very small. Shower is small and no sink. You use the kitchen sink. Not a problem for us."
"This was our favorite lodging during our recent Alaska trip. The property was SO clean and although the staff was offsite, they answered all my questions via text.
The property is located close to town, but still feels like you're in the Alaska woods. It all feels very homey.
One note that big and tall guests should be aware of- the showers are teeny tiny."
"Absolutely incredible property. Picturesque views of Denali. Great food in the Base Camp Bistro. Several sitting areas facing the mountain as well as quite placing for reading and relaxing. Many have fireplaces. The grounds are fabulous kiss and well manicured. A magnificent property that truly makes you feel welcomed!"
"The cabin we stayed in was idea for three people,
It was clean and comfortable. Also, close enough to the Main Street of Talkeetna. There is no closet space in the cabin, there are a few hooks on the wall as you come in the door. There is also a bench where you can sit and take off your shoes, and a place to set your shoes underneath. All in all, it’s a cozy little cabin."
"The room was updated with nice beds, bath, and kitchen amenities. Very roomy and the beds were nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this establishment."
"What a fun place to stay in a Pioneer Town! I’m not sure if I missed it, but heads up that a live band typically plays at night. So if you need something more quiet that may not work for you. However we had a blast with some surprise 90s live music!"
