"Room had broken TV, lamp not working right, broken sink, moldy tub, pool looked dirty which was one of the reasons this hotel was picked. Staff was friendly and helpful but mysteriously disappeared around 9 pm. Another customer had to call someone to come to the hotel to check them. I had to leave a note for the food we needed. Luggage carts need replacing. Bedroom area was clean and tidy. Refrigerator wasn't cold enough. "

I was charged for the room you took the payment it's documented in my credit card account but your company fails to send the hotel the vittural payment so I was not allowed a room. I ended up paying for a room bypassing Hotels.com and it was not a good experience. I may never use Hotels.com again."
