"Nice staff, outdated rooms."

"I want to express my disgust regarding a recent stay at your Wyndham property in Fresno. Unfortunately, the condition of both the room and overall property fell far below acceptable standards. The room appeared poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned. There was visible mold in the bathroom, cracks in the sink, and the shower did not drain properly. The provided shampoo bottles were unclean, with visible residue and buildup. The bed linens were wrinkled, stained, and did not appear freshly laundered. Additionally, the carpet throughout the room had multiple visible stains and hardened spots, and it felt unclean underfoot. The pillows and mattress were heavily worn and had an unpleasant odor. The issues extended beyond the room. The hot tub was out of service, the surrounding gate showed signs of rust, and there were what appeared to be maintenance materials stored near the pool area. The pool furniture was also in poor condition and unclean. Overall, the property gave the impression of long-term neglect, raising concerns about cleanliness and basic upkeep standards. I would appreciate a prompt response addressing these concerns, as well as information on how you intend to resolve this matter. Sincerely,

"The room was very nice. "

"The check in experience was wonderful, the lobby was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and after requesting more pillows, the bed comfortable. The hotel grounds are well maintained and create a nice green space that is relaxing to walk around. The hotel offers kid friendly amenities such as a putting green, hot tub, and pool. One drawback was a loud room to external noise in part due to the hard surface floor and in part due to hard close doors in the adjacent hallway. Breakfast was provided and consisted of a standard assortment of hotel breakfast foods. Overall a nice hotel to stay at, and a great value for the price."

"Stayed here for a wedding. The best part of the hotel is the location, it’s close to shopping, food, gas. The staff was great, no problems."

"Cockroach in a toilet without water. Bathtub that doesn’t drain. Stains everywhere. Bathroom not cleaned At All. Slider window jammed open. Confusing stairs and halls. Very sketch. A 2 star self rating is very generous of themselves."
