2nd time we stayed at a Candlewood Suites hotel after being very impressed the first time and again, we had the perfect stay. Pleasant staff, clean, spacious room and everything you could need when away from home. The Wi-Fi is fast (we were able to stream video easily), the free to use washing machine and dryer enabled us to wash the dirty laundry we had acquired over the past few days and the honour-system snack facilities had a good variety of options. Hotel in good safe location. Good for bars and restaurants

The location is everything! You are literally a 2 minute walk to the riverfront with all the bars and restaurants. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are spotless. Don't be put off by paying for parking at the hotel, trying to find anywhere in Savannah is a nightmare and even if you can it will cost a fortune!

We checked in quite late for our one night stay. My first set of room keys didn't work but reception quickly sorted it out. Several luggage carts available to move cases etc from the car to our room. Lovely big king-size room with sofa. Lots of space. Big luggage rack. Very comfy king size bed, fridge, modern bathroom, soft towels. Lots of variety at breakfast. They were quick to restock supplies. The whole hotel felt very new and smart. We would stay here again.
