"The staff was nice. The chairs and upholstered furniture could use a deep cleaning. Comcast/full tv functioning did not work. The pool never had a stock of towels. The mini fridges in the room were super small, could not hold a standard styrofoam to go plate. Also, located right across from an emergency room, ambulance sirens most of the night which of course is the fault of the property but will not return nonetheless. "

"The bed was comfortable, the sheets clean and crisp. Waking up early for a flight and having no hot water for a shower war so disappointing! I was very surprised by this although I should not have been as I could not get hot water to wash my face the night before."

"Staff was very good, especially house keeping. Every little detail was maticulous in my room. Best house keeping I've ever experienced. Lots of shopping and restaurants downstairs. There is even a tsa-pre office (which I used). The only thing that was a little shaky was self parking. It is really difficult to pay these people as everything is on an app you have to download, enter all your personal information and credit card info. We had to get the front desk to come out to the parking garage to help us. It needs to be more user friendly/easier. My god, if you want our money, make it easier for your clients to give it to you. "
