Darlene was so helpful, professional, kind and attentive to my Mother and I even giving us recommendations for town. I would definitely stay here again ! Luke at front desk also so nice!"

"We have stayed here a few times. We usually take the one bedroom suite which has a spectacular ocean view but this time around we had a regular king size room. Partial oceanview but it was enough to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view each morning. Room was clean. Only negative i had was lack of lighting in the room. Also no dresser for Clothing and very small closet not enough. Also bring an iron as there is none in the room. Great stay here always. Staff great, amenities great. Reasonable rates. All around great"

"There were no curtains on the windows facing the hallway and there was a hallway light on all night making sleep impossible. The TV wasn’t working…sound was on and we couldn’t turn it off until we had to unplug it. We informed the front desk and it took half our trip for the TV issue to be addressed. The front desk staff was kind enough to give me an extra bedsheet so that I could attempt to cover the window where the light was coming in. The refrigerator was missing its bins, not a huge deal, but representative of the attention to detail and care of the property. "

"Booked hotel because pool looked great for kids . Only one slide is functional and it was still questionable if safe . Bathroom was unclean , toilet wasn't prevent cleaned , bathmat was warped and unsafe . When turned on faucet to bath water was yellow for a few seconds . Shower had no hot water . Floor was dirty and turned our feet brown walking on it barefoot . On a positive note , front desk staff was very helpful and had amazing customer service . "
