"Carpets need to replaced! Sheets are a little small for the bed they wouldn’t stay on the bed! The food in the bar was excellent! Not a lot of choices for Breakfast but the Breakfast pizza was very good! Overall a Good place to stay! The pool was fun and the staff were very nice! We will stay here again! We Love the fact that this hotel has a Bar and Restaurant there! Not a lot of hotels Do! And it was a Good Price for the night!"

"The girl at the front desk, her name was something like Celina, or close to that. She was the most wonderful, kind, and friendly person I have ever encountered at any motel, hotel or other place where it really counts to GREAT customer service. We stayed a total of 3 nights at your property. As we said when we came back for the last night, we stayed at the "worst and are back to the BEST".. I will always stay at the Quality Inn in Des Moines by the airport each and every time I come to Des Moines. I have family in town, and come to Des Moines quite often."
