"This is a nice place, the area was pretty and the cabin was nicely furnished but be aware that no soap, shampoo or dish soap is provided, the toilet room is also very small( like airplane or smaller) Also there is a $95 fee for bed linens as well as a cleaning fee and a deposit on top of what you already paid. "The apartment/hotel room was great. Sitting right on the canal. A couple minute walk from the closest tram station. Everything you need was a couple minutes away."

"What an awesome accommodation for my last few nights in Amstedam.
The unit has everything you need, and is close to the tram line to Centraal Station. It also has an amazing shower and was beautifully climate controlled for the warm days.
You do get some tram noise in the morning, but your hosts will graciously provide you were earplugs. Highly recommend staying here."

"A bijou property that was originally a bridge house with views across the canal. There is heat which was needed as cold this week. Unfortunately there is traffic noise. There is no sink in bathroom but we squeezed the shower gel to cover our hands and then washed our hands in the bedroom sink. There are cupboards for clothes and cups, plates, cutlery and hairdryer. If you like different you will enjoy this experience."

"This is a remotely operated aparthotel with an online reception and electronic key sent directly to your mobile phone. Located on a residential street on the edge of town, but still a short walk from the main town and the beach. Very high spec rooms and bathroom with loads of space. If you don't need the benefits of a full service hotel, this is a great option."

"Quite the unusual place to stay…very unique.
Comfortable bed…plan on climbing some stairs for bathroom and kitchen, but all in all quite comfortable.
Restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy!"

"We loved staying at this unique place!
Awesome views and lots of activity around.
Restaurants, Grocery Stores and Tram very close.
This will be a place you will always remember.
The early luggage storage hotel clerks were very friendly and accommodating.
We’d definitely love to stay at Sweets again. "

"When I arrived the heating wasn't on and probably hadn't been for a while. I put it on and cranked it up, but the room didn't get warm enough through the whole night and the sheets were damp and horrible. I had to lie with all my clothes on. It still wasn't warm enough the next day. I had booked for three nights, but left after one. This was in November, it's probably nicer in the summer. "

"The hotel was very central to all the sites; in fact, it sits directly on top of the train tracks leading to Centraale Station. The rooms are soundproof, though, so you hear only a slight hum of trains. The rooms are clean but very small. We enjoyed our stay very much."
"Location was emphasis for choosing this hotel. Had early flight and airport is confusing enough without running late. Only negative was it was not near any restaurants or night life, but those on site were sufficient. Would definitely stay again."
"The service was excellent. The rooms were very clean.
The morning breakfast buffet was outstanding well worth the money. I will definitely go back and recommend."
"The staff was very helpful from the time we arrived. The property is located in a beautiful area within walking distance of many wonderful sights. Our room was comfy and clean with great a/c. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Amsterdam."
