Clean no frills budget motel

Good clean place to spend a night or two. Not many food choices in the immediate area, just McDonald's, Subway and Waffle House but other options within a 20 minute drive.

Peaceful Setting

It was a little strange how the hotel is completely hidden from all passing roads and the freeway by trees, but that is actually a plus. It's far enough away from the spring break trash at Pensacola to have a quiet isolated peaceful feeling.

Great value great room

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was large and everything was neat, clean and tidy. None of this was expected with the low price that we paid so it was a very nice surprise.

Storm Avoidance Trip - Defuniak Springs FL

An adequate property for an overnight stay. It is somewhat isolated, sharing an area with a neighboring RV dealer at the end of a shared road off a highway. A very secure area as described by the gentleman who checked us in. Room was clean, bed comfortable and everything worked as it should. Unfortunately, during our one night stay, the Wi-Fi was down. No breakfast is offered. Although the property is described as being at Defuniak Springs FL, the town proper is several miles to the east. Parking is ample and basically "by the door."
