This was an amazing hotel and amazing staff. When we arrived we had driven 12 plus hours and the staff had recently had a water leak that affected our room, they were so kind about it and took one night off our bill due to the carpet being wet. It wasn’t anything that they could help, but I appreciate the EXCELLENT customer service! There is a great restaurant right in the hotel so you don’t have to go out to eat if you don’t want to. Right off the beach….LOVE! We are definitely going back! The breakfast was amazing and part of your hotel stay! YAY! Ariel and Giovanni checked us in and were great! Literally EVERY.SINGLE, STAFF was AWESOME! I wish I could send them each a personal thank you! The trip was THE BEST!
