"Excellent stay at Best western Ivywall. The property is well taken care of and I felt valued as a customer. Airport shuttle was easily arranged in advance and it was waiting for me when I arrived. Initially I had problems connecting to the room wifi but it was quickly resolved by front desk staff. The staff are very friendly and eager to help or answer questions and are very approachable. The room was clean and in good condition and was quiet throughout the night. The included breakfast buffet had everything from fresh fruit to meat and veggies with a omelette station, needless to say I had an enjoyable breakfast. Thanks to bartender Brian and Robert in the concierge for making the stay memorable. Would come back to this hotel again next time I’m in PPC."

"The property looks great, but a little outdated, but that kind of adds to the charm. Breakfast was good an and the bar drinks strong. The staff will go out of their way to accommodate you. If they ever travel back to Palawan, they are my go to place"

"Breakfast was amazing, room was clean and a good size. Wi-Fi was a bit slow and temperamental but the hotel did mention they were have issues during the week of our stay. We’d also heard about a free airport shuttle service with the hotel but it wasn’t very well communicated to us about how it worked and we weren’t offered it when checking out either… Overall though our stay was pleasant, the staff were friendly, the pool was nice, the hotel was in a good location and our room was nice and tidy."

"The pool was great. Very cute little hotel. Only donwside was the wifi disnt work great, the room smelled a bit musty and the toilet qouldnt stop flushing. Other than that no complaints. "

"Breakfast is not good. Maids that clean the room is no good smells bad every time they clean our room. Internet sucks!!! We can’t watch anything in the TV in times we want to relaxed. And just so you know it may look like a beach front but nope I’ll be disappointed you have to go to other place to experience beach. All in all we will never recommend this hotel!!!!"

"Althpugh we only stayed for 1 night the staff were very helpful, the property was clean and well decked out. There was a nice pool which we didnt use due to timings, but agreed if we were to go back to puerto princessa we qpuld stay there for l9nger."

"We stayed 1 night before our flight back to Manila. The hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good with eggs cooked to order, and staff were helpful. We appreciated the water station near the room for access to cold drinking water. The surrounding area doesn't offer much, but it is close to the airport, and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle. "

It really allows the opportunity to decompress, disconnect and recharge. Highly recommended and I will return."
