They stop cleaning the room? Only clean the room before check in! Stay 7 nights! Location are good. Easy to access as on the main road of Roxas Avenue.

Mir hat ueberhaupt nichts gefallen. Ich habe mehr als 3 Stunde gewartet bis ich eingecheckt wurde. Mir wurde gesagt ich habe gar keine reservierung bis das geklaerkt wurde hat solange gedauert. Das gesamte Gebaude bis 6. Stock aber nur die 2.Stock als Hotel benutzt, denn rest sind Stundenten. Zu hellhoerig, im Gang ist immer zu laut, keine eigene Restaurant, keine Aufenthaltsraum, keine richtige Rezeption und zu viele Stundenten die rum laeuft. Im Zimmer ist die waschbecken neben dem Bett und nicht im Bad. Ins gesamt war nicht fuer mich... nie wieder.. und kann ich leider nicht Emphelen fuer Europaische oder egal welche Auslaender.

No hair dryer. Room Cleaning Need to do everyday. .they will clean your room if you will ask only to clean it! but the staff and the hotel is cleaan. all is good tho.

Confirmation of room but no rooms available.

I made reservations through Hotels.com and received a confirmation number. When I checked in at 2:30pm the receptionist said that the hotel had no rooms available. They had to transfer me to another hotel at my own expense. They would not give me my money back. It took over 1 hour to get customer service to arrange for the other hotel. Would not trust this hotel to have a room available even with confirmation.
