I was travelling for business and was expecting a comfortable and hassle free stay but was told I had to pay for shower cap and there was no bedroom slippers (floor was not cleaned properly). Had to pick up breakfast voucher at reception with signature and at the restaurant (a few steps from reception), I had to sign a second time to get my breakfast. It was totally inconvenient and I will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Excellent hotel - good value for money

Excellent hotel - good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Only two downsides were inconsistent and often weak wifi, and the first room I stayed in the hot water did not work. the staff tried to fix it, but the mechanism was broken. But overall a great stay, and nice people.

Not quite good enough

The rooms looked new and are generally ok. However, a few irritants soon surfaced: 1) The floor mat provided was soiled and worn and we had rot ask for a replacement. 2) The aircon was quite noisy and the sound proofing of the room was faulty as we could hear a dog barking from outside the whole night. 3) The water heater did not work!

Nice hotel and central location

The hotel is well situated, pretty close to the airport and shopping centres. The hotel itself presents well and the breakfast that we had there was quite enjoyable. The room is clean and comfortable to stay in with an air conditioner, TV, wi-fi and decent beds.
