"What I like about this hotel is the security checks, large area of greens and shades at car park, swimming pool and spacious room. What pissed me off are the poor maintenance and housekeeping services. The water heater is a BIG let down, does not work when you need to bathe and the shower spray badly needs to be replaced. For people with osteoarthritis condition, a good working water heater and bathroom facilities are important. There were many complaints made by previous guests but the...
