"Here’s a polished version that keeps your original meaning while improving the grammar and flow: The staff were kind, helpful, and professional, but the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel and room left me feeling disappointed, especially for a high-end establishment. The lobby was very nice, clean, and reflected its 5-star rating. However, as soon as I exited the elevator on my floor, I noticed stained carpets and marks on the walls. The room itself was even worse, with stains, dirt, splash marks, and a shattered glass stovetop. Thankfully, the bedding was clean, but overall, it did not feel like a 5-star hotel room. It felt more like a 4-star experience."

"Room looked nice at first glance, but it was not thoroughly cleaned (desk surface was sticky, toilet not cleaned under seat, duvet had a stain on it) and fittings were rusty. Was told there hotel was accessible by elevator only, even though there was a small staircase fire exit that could’ve been made available. However, I liked the well-stocked cereal and milk & juices on hand in the common kitchen area, and the bed was large and comfortable."

"The room was spacious, clean, had kitchen and laundry service. The bedroom was separate to the living area. The bed was comfortable. The room was dark and quiet. It was on the 11th floor. The shower was great. It is a step into a bath for anyone with disabilities. The reception staff were quick, friendly and helpful. There was a nice area to sit if the room wasn't ready."
