Facilities such as pool does not cater for disabilities .a.ramp to reach the pool would help. Also i would have expected my sheets and pillow to have been changed at least once during the eight days we were there. Hotel needs to upgrade its rooms to include bedside.sockets and room lights that work."

"The hotel is quite tired and a little run down. The cleaning wasn't very good, the bathroom floor was a bit sticky and the doors and walls were quite grimy. There's not enough lighting which made reading difficult. The breakfast was very good and varied. The staff were friendly and helpful with any enquiries. The pool temperature was a little cold and could've done with 4-5 degrees higher and the spa way too cold. "
