We had breakfast in the morning and the service was excellent and very quick. This is a great place for a weekend getaway and maybe if you have a marina boat tour. NOTE: Why I didn't give this property full score, is because they add $45 per night just to park your car. This is extension at the highest. This will always be a black eye on this location in my opinion."

"So, there are three Hyatt's in San Francisco. My reservation was for the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, at Embarcadero Center. There is also a Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, and Hyatt SOMA. I asked if there was a hotel shuttle from the airport, for Hyatt Regency San Francisco, and was told yes. Apparently, the airport shuttle only goes to Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. So, it took me south not north. When I asked how to get to Hyatt Regency San Francisco, at Embarcadero, they said order a cab or Uber. Staff made no concern over my situation, which I am guessing is a not infrequent."
