We booked this via expedia. We had a friend age 21 go and register the ones who were staying. Power was down (no back up generator on property). They said our girls were ok to check in bc the 21 year old came to the property. When my daughter (age 20) arrived, 1.5 hours later, the power was still off. So they would not let her check in. She and two other girls had to go to another hotel (where other friends were staying) to get ready for a wedding. Three hours later, I spoke with front desk at the hotel and they said my daughter and friends were checked in and could get keys when they returned from the wedding. 12:30 at night, my daughter is calling because hotel staff would not let them check in because they were under age, even though all the above had taken place. Thus, the girls had to find another place to stay late at night. No apologies and no return of money. During each of these visits at the hotel for check in, I was on the phone with my daughter and my lady friend. This was infuriating as I was 2 hours away and unable to be there.
