"There was a tree to park the rental car under. The property is run down, a lot of low income people living there. Always looking around suspiciously, working on cars. The room was clean but shower did work, the soap was so old it wouldn’t lather at all. No coffee or utensils glasses or anything in the room. The breakfast was a stale muffin an old breakfast bar. Definitely would not recommend."

"elevators were out of order. There was no housekeeping provided. Requested towels/toilet paper then they ask me to go pick them up at the front desk and when I went they said it would be more than an hour before they could provide, The hall ways and reception area together with the dining area were crowded and very noisey because there were several i gues what was highschool atheletes staying there. I would have liked to know this information and would not have stayed there."

"I stay at this hotel every time I come to Dallas. However, I don’t like that if I’m staying more than one night I still expect my room clean & fresh towels in the room. I always have to go ask for towels and they never come clean the room. Besides this complaint I do enjoy staying here. "

"Absolutely worst experience. Prepaid for my room via Expedia. This hotel gave away my reserved room and charged me anyway. Had to stay somewhere else. Stay away! Front desk unhelpful and Hotel Manager not responsive and never called me back to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service."
