"Staff (especially front desk) was NOT friendly, not very helpful and always had a frown on her face. Like it was a bother for customers to show up to the desk for ANYTHING! Took forever to get checked in, would not let anyone check in early… took forever to get rooms cleaned and ready! People waited till past 7 pm to get a room when check in was supposed to be at 3pm! I saw a lady next to us opening a room that already had a family in it! I had NO hot water to shower in another REFUSED to give me a discount that was offered by th night staff!!! Will NEVER EVER go back! When I opened my room cleaning staff was still in my room cleaning and floors were super sticky the whole stay!"

"Room was clean, as well as the rest of the property. The bed slept horrible though, and the whole place was hot. We put our air on 60 and we were still hot durning the night."

"Room was perfect for 2 people who like to watch different TV stations, separate bathrooms, Best was comfortable beds and complimentary beverages and snacks on the floor where you stayed. Restaurant food was very good! I would choose to stay here if this hotel was in other cities."

"The pool was dirty. The hotel was very noisy. People were outside playing loud music. The people in the room above me walked and jumped up and down all night. The mini fridge was making a loud humming noise. The room was clean and spacious which was a plus. The front desk worker was very nice. I will never stay here again! I didnt get much sleep!"
