Hotel closed for business

Unfortunately Jolitosplace is not open at present. I arrived late in the evening to find it padlocked shut. The local villagers tried to help me, but they discovered that the hotel owner is away and their hotel is not open for business. Fortunately they helped me find alternative accommodation. I am now trying to get a refund as full payment was taken online, despite the hotel being closed for business. It should not be listed on hotel.com
